Spa Policies


Please take a moment to review our spa policies. Our courteous staff is available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact us.

Appointments & Cancellation

Reservations are needed for all Spa services. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. To avoid being charged for cancelled reservations, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not show up or call to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, 100% of the service booked will be charged to the card we have on file. Prepayment will be neccesary for future appointments.

Special Conditions

Please notify our Spa Staff before reserving your treatments if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, or diabetes. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.

Late Policy

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and are charged at full value. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for the same day.

No Cell Phones

With tranquility as our main concern, we ask that you please observe our no cell phone policy. We request that you turn off all cell phones before entering the spa. All emergency calls can be directed to our front desk, 413-341-3098.

Visitors & Children Policy

Due to our limited seating and our quest to maintain the spa's ambiance, we are only able to accommodate clients receiving services in the spa. Spa services are available for guests age 12 and older.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for individual services, treatment services, corporate gifts and incentives, specific dollar amounts, products or gifts. Gift certificates must be present at the time of the service to be redeemed. Gift certificates are not refundable and not redeemable if lost, stolen or altered.

The recipient may call us at their convenience to schedule any one or a combination of services purchased. Single service requests can usually be accommodated with a 10 day notice. Multiple service requests may require a minimum 14 days notice. Gift Certificates and prepays are non-refundable and completely transferable and may be redeemed for any of our services or merchandise that you choose.

Age Requirement

All spa guests must be 12 years of age or older. Junior spa-goers ages 12 and older can enjoy limited services, teen facials and eyebrow or lip waxing. Junior spa goers ages 15 and older can enjoy the previous list of services as well as a massage. Adults or guardians must remain in the building for minors during treatment time.

Payments & Gratuity

The Spa accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, and Glow Beauty Bar or Northampton Gift Cards/Certificates as payment. We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. You may opt to leave gratuities for our qualified spa professionals. Our recommended range is between 18% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. We are only able to accept cash or Venmo gratuities. We do offer an ATM on-site for your convenience.

Merchandise Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept product returns.

Prices Subject to Change

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
